Armine
Armine is a certified yoga instructor from S-VYASA Yoga University in Bangalore, India. S-VYASA Yoga University is a place, where Yoga is considered as a science, where people are obtaining degrees in the field of yoga and the influence of different aspects of yoga on our health is measurable.
Armine is teaching in groups as well as giving individual and corporate classes. During her classes, she accentuates self-awareness, modifications of postures according to personal needs and is considering yoga as an irreplaceable tool both for physical and spiritual health.
Pardis
Pardis possesses a rich background in Reiki Energy Healing and Ashtanga yoga. She got her certification as a Ashtanga Yoga Teacher in Mysore, India. Pardis firmly believes that yoga is inclusive and can be embraced by anyone, regardless of their level of experience or body type. This belief is reflected in her teaching approach, where she endeavors to present a diverse array of postures during her classes, encouraging everyone to partake in and enjoy the practice finding a welcoming space to nurture your body and spirit through the transformative power of yoga.
Lilit Simonyan Mishra
Lilit has experience in yoga for more than 15 years and is a private yoga teacher since 2007. She is a 200 Hrs Certified Yoga Instructor. Over the years she has done specialized courses on various branches of yoga, i.e. Satyananda Yoga, Raja yoga, Vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, integrative yoga, etc. with various maters for several years. She has also done courses on Yoga Philosophy, Human body structure, Yogic Approach to Common diseases, Advanced Meditation Course, etc.
Hripsime
Hripsime, being a doctor and gynecologist by profession, having interacted with women in various situations for years, especially emphasizes the health of women, because it is the woman who creates the atmosphere and mood of the family. The more healthy and harmonious the woman is, the happier and more peaceful the family members are. Through yoga, she was able to achieve this more thoroughly, in particular not to eliminate the consequences of diseases, but to teach to create health, to feel the problems at a more subtle level, to accept and work with them.
