Yoga Ashram is a project of Armenian Association of Yoga and Ayurveda. Yoga Ashram is a cozy green place, where you can practice yoga, communicate with people, receive useful and applicable knowledge for making your life more healthy and comfortable. If desired you can just drink a cup of tea and tear yourself away from the surrounding vanity.
Armenian Association of Yoga and Ayurveda is founded with the aim of gather together all the practitioners of Yoga and Ayurveda to receive and share authentic knowledge in the field.

Armine is a certified yoga instructor from S-VYASA Yoga University in Bangalore, India. S-VYASA Yoga University is a place, where Yoga is considered as a science, where people are obtaining degrees in the field of yoga and the influence of different aspects of yoga on our health is measurable.
Armine is teaching in groups as well as giving individual and corporate classes. During her classes, she accentuates self-awareness, modifications of postures according to personal needs and is considering yoga as an irreplaceable tool both for physical and spiritual health.
Nynel has been practicing professional Yoga since 2011 and it has been 3 years that she tought Yoga in Iran. She has pranayama meditation and rhythm of life certificates from Terhan reputed institues. On top of that, she received YTTC (200 hours) ashtanga certificate from Mysore, India in 2016, which is an active member of Yoga alliance. In her yoga classes Nynel emphasizes breath and control over the mind to get rid off its limitations and to be able to fully use capacity of the body.
Sarah has been practicing yoga for 11 years and has studied at Ashtanga Yoga Mysore in Mysore, India (200-hr TTC) and Yoga Inbound School in Vrindavan, India (200-hr TTC). She also holds two certificates in Ayurveda from the Ayurvedic College for Wellbeing, Puerto Rico, and the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. Sarah also served two years in Ashrams as a Bhakti Yoga student. Her classes incorporate a moderate Vinyasa style for all levels of yoga students. She will also integrate some mantra and pranayam with asana practice.
Lilit Simonyan Mishra
Lilit has experience in yoga for more than 15 years and is a private yoga teacher since 2007. She is a 200 Hrs Certified Yoga Instructor. Over the years she has done specialized courses on various branches of yoga, i.e. Satyananda Yoga, Raja yoga, Vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, integrative yoga, etc. with various maters for several years. She has also done courses on Yoga Philosophy, Human body structure, Yogic Approach to Common diseases, Advanced Meditation Course, etc.
